Biography:

Kevin Jarvis obtained his B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan in 1969. After graduating from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1972, he was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1973. He has had 34 years of litigation practice with hundreds of trials conducted in the Provincial Courts, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. Kevin has extensive background and experience in representing victims and their families before judges and juries for claims relating to: soft tissue injuries and chronic pain, head injuries, including closed-head and mild to severe traumatic brain injuries, neurologic, orthopaedic and dental injuries. Kevin is equally experienced in litigating major medical negligence.
